Pufferfish – Wild Pinotage Red Hybrid

Pufferfish is a slightly sour spontaneously fermented beer wine hybrid. Brewed with 50% roman red ale wort and 50% pinotage must on wild yeast from the grape skins. A dark red beer that has spent 2 years in a red wine barrel delivers distinct fruit, berries and spice character from the hop and grape properties.
